The Fornham’s 4 Pub Challenge

Headway Suffolk would like to invite individuals, families and corporate teams to take part in our sponsored walk ‘The Fornham’s 4 Pub Challenge’ on Saturday, September 5.

The six mile route is accessible and open to all ages and abilities, with dogs also welcome.

The walk starts and finishes at Headway’s Bury St Edmunds hub in Olding Road, opposite Asda, and goes through all three Fornham villages, passing four Greene King pubs and a coffee shop.

It is ideally suited to families and corporate teams to take part and enjoy refreshments along the way, some of which are being laid on especially by the pubs.

The walk will be started by Rebecca Hopfensperger, St Edmundsbury Borough councillor for the Fornhams, who will join the participants.

There is no registration fee but participants should register to take part by completing the Registration Form.

All walkers are encouraged to gain sponsorship with Sponsorship Forms, the route and all other information available on the events page or our Facebook page.

The event is to help raise awareness and funding for Headway Suffolk, a charity that supports 250 people each week who have an acquired brain injury or neurological condition to rebuild their lives and independent living skills.
